Cancellation POLICY
GARAGE charges no-show and late cancellation fees to prevent clients from frequently taking up spots that others may be waiting for. This is also designed to keep you accountable to make it to your mat! You may notice this penalty either as a small charge on the card you have on file, or the loss of the class credit as if you had taken the class.
You MUST cancel your reservation by logging into your account portal. Please do not text or message for cancellations — if you have account-related issues please send us an email.
THE STUDIO DOOR LOCKS WHEN CLASS STARTS
If you’re running late, note that the door does lock when class starts and attendance will be set. If it’s your first class or you need to rent a mat/towel, please arrive a few minutes early! Late class entry is disruptive to the room and unfair to the other clients who arrived on time & the teacher. If you know you’ll be late we recommend cancelling the reservation.
CANCELLATIONS *update effective 9/5/25
Plans change, we get it! Please try to cancel your reservation as soon as possible out of courtesy to allow anyone on the waitlist time to sign up! Cancellations are FREE up until SIX (6) HOURS before class start time! Cancellations less than this will automatically incur a fee to your card on file. If you purchased a credit pack, your credit will still be available in your account. Rebooking is still considered a cancellation of the original reservation and policies will apply.
Before 6 hours: Free
Members (Unlimited + Credit Packs): $5 fee — credits will remain in your account until expiration
Drop-In Class (Quick Pay): Credit will be 50% refunded ($12.50 fee) — you must repurchase to rebook
NO-SHOWS *update effective 9/5/25
If you fail to cancel your reservation before class starts, it is considered a no-show and will result in a fee or the loss of the credit. If you purchased a credit pack, your class credit will still be available in your account. Always make sure that you’re checked into class & give the teacher at the desk your name! Once attendance is submitted, we are unable to make changes & do not offer refunds on fees or classes unless there are extenuating circumstances or an error on our part. We pay our teachers per reservation, including no-shows, since our classes are often fully booked and you are likely taking up another potential client’s spot. Please send us an email if you have an issue or think you’ve been charged in error!

WAITLIST
Treat the waitlist like a class booking and plan as if you’ll get a spot. Please cancel your waitlist reservation if you can no longer make the intended class time. The waitlist moves in order of sign-ups, and you’ll be automatically enrolled in the class and notified! The entire waitlist will be notified if a cancellation happens within 12 hours of class start time, and it’s first-come to claim the spot in those instances. Cancellation and no-show policies apply even if you were added to the class from the waitlist. Again, treat this as a reservation and double check to see if you’ve been automatically added. Ensure your account is set to accept SMS text messages from us, that your email address is correct, & your Garage Hot Pilates app notifications are turned on!
