High Intensity Interval Training
Our classes are structured in sections, flowing through intervals that target key muscle groups like core, legs, back, and booty. We uphold pilates principals throughout class, so despite being a fast-paced environment, we still focus on form, control, and precision, often moving slow and creating lots of burn through time under tension during low-impact movements.
-
Why heated? Not only does it aid in detoxing & boosting metabolism, it takes our workout to another level and builds cardiovascular endurance. We know heated classes sound intimidating at first, but the sweat and the challenge are so addicting!
Our studio room is heated 90-95 degrees.
Infrared heating panels designed specifically for hot studios are used to warm the room. Infrared heat is often considered the safest and most effective form of heating the body because it heats objects, not the air, which makes it more comfortable to exercise in.
Benefits may include:
Improved cardiovascular health, pain relief, reduced stress, better sleep, weight loss, and more.
-
At this time we do not! If you don’t have any health concerns and/or your doctor has cleared it, come give the hot classes a try! You’re always welcome to step out of class if you feel too hot or sit out an exercise sequence, but we think you’ll love it!
-
First of all, congratulations!
Only if your doctor has told you that it’s okay to exercise (+ in the heat) and you inform your instructor prior to class. This varies between doctors and also depends on your fitness level/experience with hot classes prior to your pregnancy.
If you have a current membership with us, we offer pregnant women an extended membership freeze of up to 12 months! Just reach out, we’re here to support you in this exciting chapter! We’re here for you after your baby comes whenever you’re cleared and up for it! Again, just make sure your instructor knows before class that you’re recently postpartum, and take as many modifications as you need.
-
Every class is considered to be for all levels at this time.
-
All fitness levels welcome! Your instructors will give optional modifications + amplifications to tailor to your own abilities in every class. We will push you but you are always welcome to take breaks as you know your body best. We never compare ourselves to anyone else in the room and we stay mindful that our fitness journeys are all unique — recognizing where our bodies are at every time we step onto our mats. This class is challenging, physically and mentally, but our goal is for you to walk out of our studio feeling strong and empowered after every class.
-
Whether you can make it to 1 class per week or 3, the best way to get results is by consistently showing up. Each person’s body will respond differently, but typically, individuals that attend class multiple times a week will feel stronger and notice changes in about a month. Ultimately, if you want to see results you’ll have to put in the work, and keep putting it in! Consistency is key.
Always keep in mind that recovery is equally important as working hard! We’re all about promoting balance and healthy lifestyles. The amount of time your body needs to recover depends on your personal fitness level and nutrition. Listen to your body and always feel free to consult with our instructors!

At this time our Front Desk operates on text messages only. We’re a small business and our Front Desk is currently only staffed by instructors before classes, so most calls would be missed during the day and we don’t want a phone ringing in the lobby during classes. The Front Desk also might not see your messages during check-in times while they’re busy welcoming clients, so please give us a few hours to respond. We’ll do our best to get back to you asap.

BOOKING POLICIES
-
Plans change, we get it! Please try to cancel your reservation as soon as possible out of courtesy to allow anyone on the waitlist time to sign up! Cancellations are FREE up until ONE HOUR before class start time! Cancellations less than one hour before class may incur a small fee, billed automatically to your card on file. Different memberships may have grace credits that allow you up to 2 instances per year without charge.
Cancel your reservation through your account portal!

-
If a class is fully booked, please join the waitlist! Treat the waitlist like a class booking and plan as if you’ll get a spot. Please cancel your waitlist reservation if you can no longer make the intended class time. The waitlist moves in order of sign-ups, and you’ll be automatically enrolled in the class and notified if the class is more than 12 hours out! The entire waitlist will be notified if a cancellation happens within 12 hours of class start time, and it’s first-come to claim the spot in those instances.
-
Class will begin at the designated class time & the door will be locked. If you are late, we cannot guarantee that your spot will be held, resulting in a no-show! We recommend canceling your spot before class starts as you’ll at least get to use your grace credit for a late cancellation. If you know well in advance that you’re going to be late, try reaching out to your teacher by texting the front desk (more than 15 minutes before class, once the check-in window starts your messages will likely be missed). Teachers are under no obligation to make exceptions however, and must prioritize the class’ experience.
We will typically wait up to 2 minutes to lock the door, though this may not be guaranteed so please arrive on time! We have no idea if you’re actually on your way (no-shows happen), and we have clients waiting who arrived on time. We use Apple devices to tell time.
-
Late entry into class is disruptive for clients and teachers. This policy is for the benefit of the class and is to ensure that the clients who arrived on-time receive a quality class experience. Once class is underway, asking other clients to move over while they’re in the middle of a sequence or trying to pay attention to the instructor’s demo is unfair. This especially applies to Sculpt classes where you’ll not only need to set up your mat but also gather equipment.
We get it — sometimes there’s traffic & we really appreciate that you tried to make it, but we have to have some sort of policy because it does get taken advantage of when we don’t. If you are running late and are able to successfully tell your teacher in advance (more than 15 minutes prior to start) they may make an exception and save a mat spot for you. Again though, this is not guaranteed & we do not allow entry more than 5 minutes tardy. -
Oops! It happens.
We consider this a “no-show” and depending on your membership/package level, may automatically either 1. forfeit that class credit as if you had taken the class, or 2. incur a small fee, billed automatically to your card on file. Please read our full Cancellation Policy for more information.

Grace Credits cover penalties for canceling a class late. Grace Credits are tied to your account, not your package, and accounts are only given a maximum of 2 (two) Grace Credits per year. These credits do not rollover, and they will replenish on the anniversary of your account setup.
