Garage Hot Pilates is a hot mat pilates-inspired studio featuring high-energy HIIT style circuits — all performed in an infrared heated room. Our signature classes flow with the lights low and music loud, and you’ll discover a stronger version of yourself, physically and mentally, by the end of every class.

All classes are designed to be challenging but are suitable for all fitness levels, with instructor cues to modify or amplify. We’re fostering a strong mind-body connection, building endurance, and having fun every time we step onto our mats together.

Garage is brought to you by lead instructor and St. Augustine native, Zoë Sterk, who grew the studio from running one class/week in her home garage gym (hence the name!) to what it is today. Our gorgeous new studio is located in St. Augustine Beach & we can’t wait to sweat with you!
